Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders received before 5:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Each item is a unique, handcrafted piece, so please understand that shipping may not be as quick as for regular items. In-stock items will be shipped within 5–7 business days. For customized orders, we will contact you via email to confirm the production timeline. We take great care in packaging each item and strive to reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible.

Actual delivery time depends on the destination and logistics provider.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, delivery address, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship globally, but some regions may be restricted. Please check the checkout page for available countries/regions.

6. Delivery Issues

If an item is damaged during shipping (which is rare), please send photos of the item and the original packaging. We have shipping insurance and will assist you with the claim.

7. Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
